I have birth 8 days ago, I had a large baby that came extremely quickly which resulted in me tearing very bad and deeply. The pain this past week has been the worst pain I could ever imagine, it’s been agonising and I haven’t been able to properly look after my baby and I can’t cope with it anymore. I have prescribed meds from the doctors but they aren’t even taking the edge of the pain. If anyone has any tips on what helped them and also how long did it take for the pain to subside?
