I can’t say that. I do it constantly every day, and I thought on day 14-15 yeah I found my ovulation, but it was just a lower temperature. With my OPK’s I found my ovulation and it was on day 27 so that’s a huge difference. But still you can see in my BBT the ovulation, the rise of progesterone and oestrogen. It’s for me the first thing I do. Before you get out of bed you temperature yourself and than you can find your ovulation. If you found this yeah to complicated you can do ovulation test, if a woman test 5 day’s she have 70% change of finding her ovulation, and with 10 test day’s you have 95% change to find it. And than is your bbt handy to see if you have conceived, if it goes well.

Had a little pink on the toilet paper a few times yesterday and if that ovulation was accurate, yesterday would have been 9 dpo. Could it have been implantation?
Using the oura ring is tricky sometimes when the room sleeping in is freezing. Was out of time with those 3 drops after ovulation predicted.
