Period & Anxiety!!

I wouldn’t say I have anxiety on the day to day basis however I noticed that June 21st I started feeling anxious to the point I had to call my ddr to calm me down. 10 days later I get my period and everyday since then, I have been feeling anxious and moody and just yesterday I cried non stop for almost two hours because I couldn’t understand what EXACTLY was causing me to cry. I’m on day 4 of my period now and I still feel anxious and intrusive thoughts. It feels like it won’t go away even tho the logical side of my brain knows this is due to my period and hormones going crazy but how can I make my heart believe and listen to my brain so I can get past this period cycle feeling better 😭
