Pregnancy after having a tubal?

Hi there. Can anyone tell me if they have had a successful pregnancy after having tubes tied. I had my tubes tied 6 (almost 7 months ago) and I really wanna have a little girl!

I had my tubes reversed 7-8 years ago and it’s taken me that long to get pregnant. I’m now 16 weeks but I think it’s pretty darn rare to have any success with them actually tied still. Also TTC after a reversal is harder, like I said it took years. But everyone is different, I’m thankful I had 7-8 years without being too old. (I’m 37)
