PdG blood test done this morning

I had my PdG 21 day blood test done this morning and my results came back with the levels of 108.5 nmol/L, now I'm aware that I ovulated but im wondering if it's good that my levels are so high? I've been taking letrozole for five months now with each cycle. I also use Mira to help with tracking. These are my results from this morning before my blood test
