Need double stroller recommendations

I need recommendations for a newborn baby and 1.5 year old toddler. I want it to last the longest with two seats and infant car seat to attach for while baby #2 is little .

The only one I can think of is the Cybex Gazelle but that is extremely expensive. If you didn’t want the car seat to attach, Ickle Bubba Venus is a good one and comes with a newborn cocoon. It depends on where you live as well, as these are the ones I know to in the UK but I imagine the US have different brands
