Hey everyone!!!

Attached is a photo of my best friends ultrasound when she was 6 weeks 5 days. She went to a private clinic (it seemed a bit of an odd vibe tbh) and he told her there was only one baby. I’m currently 34 weeks pregnant, my other friend is pregnant with twins. And we are a bit baffled. Can someone please confirm if this is a singleton or twin pregnancy pictured in the scan below. We are convinced it’s twins and her heightened symptoms also support this.

Advise please!
