Postpartum Depression
So yesterday I was diagnosed with postpartum depression. I felt like my dr didn't listen to me and take into consideration my idea for treatment. I asked if I could get more time off and try counseling. Instead she was quick to prescribe Zoloft and send me on my way. She also told me that I couldn't get more time off because it was not "medically necessary"
Last time I checked wasn't depression a medical condition??
I'm really frustrated at this point and don't want to go back to work after only 8 weeks!!
