Unfortunately weight fluctuation can happen due to many of things. Such as where you are at in your cycle, how much fluids you drink in a day, and what kind of food you eat. Those can all cause you to fluctuate in weight. What you eat can cause bloating, your cycle can cause bloating, and if you don’t drink enough fluid you can retain fluid. On an average you can have about a 5 lb weight difference from day to day. To help combat some of the fluctuation you need to stay active and drink plenty of fluids, and eat healthy. however on the healthy eating you don't have to be extreme about it.
Weight fluctuation
Hi, I’m coming here because I’m frustrated and need somewhere to put this.
I’m 20 years old and my weight fluctuates a decent amount throughout the day/week. I know on paper I’m a healthy weight for my age and height but I hate the way I look and the changing numbers on the scale definitely do not help.
I’ve struggled with eating habits in the past and I’m so scared that I messed up my metabolism in the process and I’m feeling really lost right now.
Does anyone have any advice or is dealing with the same thing? Anything would be appreciated <3
