PCOS and Adenoymosis - TTC

Does anyone have both PCOS and adeno/endo? I have both PCOS and Adenomyosis.. in the past I have successfully conceived with isoflavones and had two little boys but then this year (7 years later) I have been diagnosed with Adenomyosis.

Just wondering if anyone has used isoflavones to get pregnant with both PCOS and adenomyosis or endometriosis. I want to try it again but worried it’ll be bad for my adeno.

Please help!
