Last pregnancy which was 4yrs ago I had severe preeclampsia so severe I had to stay in the hospital a whole week after giving birth. I am seeing a high risk doctor with this pregnancy and have been okay up until a few days ago. I was told again at my 35.3 week appointment that baby stomach was measuring small yet again. I have an appointment with my OB to discuss options for what needs to be done this Wednesday. My issue now is that for the past 4 days I’ve been having really bad swelling in both my legs and feet. But when checking my bp it’s has been in the normal range except for tonight. I’ve checked it twice the first time it was 143/79 and the second time which was an hour later it was 142/84 and am unsure if I should go in or see if it will improve by morning. I’m currently trying to hydrate and lay down.
