Going to talk to the doctor soon to get my Paraguard removed. I’ve only had it since Jan 2024 till now July 2024. I’ve been comfortable so far no pain or anything I just can’t do it anymore with these long heavy periods and clots just coming out. I use tampons and a cup sometimes.

I was going for the hormonal free BC but Paraguard is not for me.

Anyone switch over to something better?
