I had a salpingectomy of my right tube to remove an ectopic pregnancy back at the end of March. This was the first cycle my husband and I decided to try again since the loss, last two cycles were regular 25 & 27 days respectively and both with a 5 day period. I’m currently on cd 32 no period (not even spotting) I’ve been experience cramps (mild) since Friday and waves of nausea since yesterday morning. I have taken three tests since Friday all negative…not even a faint line. I’m just starting to get uneasy given what happened a few months ago and thought I’d see if anyone had some insight to offer.
