I have PCOS and irregular periods, I was also told it was unlikely that I was ovulating. My partner and I have been trying for a baby for several years and in May I was started on metformin and Folic Acid. I have never done an ovulation test before but I decided to try it. Last 2 tries were negative but yesterday I got a positive. I want to believe this is actually true and that things are turning around, maybe one day we will actually get to be parents. But im so scared that the pain I'm feeling is another irregular period starting and that I done the rest wrong so it's giving a false reading. I've got cramping mainly in my left side and the last couple of days I've been feeling really sick. My head is a total mess.
