My child hates being wiped down there, help!!

Is it normal that my daughter (1.5yo) hates it when I cleaning her private area with wipes??? Is it something I should be worried about?? No skin rashes, insect bites, and redness around the area. But she has been fighting me recently about it. I am getting worried that it is not getting cleaned enough specially after doing poos. 😔
