I'm 34 and married. We have 3 kids, two being teenagers and a 5 year old. I'm currently on the mirena IUD and have had it since my 5 year old was born. Also was the contraceptive I used in-between the other 2. I've been researching ways to get my birth control taken out and not be on any contraceptives without getting pregnant. I've been on bc since I was 14 and really want my body to take a break. All my children were planned so I would get my IUD taken out and would feel the best I've ever felt. I even got it taken out to have my 3rd but wanted to lose a little weight first and the weight just fell off. My mood was better and I felt better! I want that back but I DO NOT want to get pregnant again. My husband is nervous to get snipped and as we all know it takes a while to get a no sperm count. I've been looking into spermicide and it has like a 85% success rate and that is not enough for me 😂. I just want to feel human again without having to grow another human!! Help!!! Does anyone else not use birth control and not want to get pregnant? What are your tips and tricks?
