I’m wondering what’s so great about having a partner and why do people get into romantic relationships and marriage?

I don’t have any desire to be in a romantic relationship or get married and people keep calling me weird for this so I’m just genuinely curious to what’s so great about it. I’m autistic, I don’t know if that has any importance but thought I should mention it anyways.
