Should a trust this morning test?

Hi, I’m in my TTC Journey for my first. Took a test this morning to confirm my suspicions. Test was a clear blue that makes a cross when positive. It’s showed up instantly and just got darker. It was a very clear positive. I am 14 dpo today and first day of missed period. Should I trust my this test?

I do also have light brown spotting and cramps but not like period cramps.
