Could this be implantation bleeding?

Hi. My cycle is pretty consistent and never changes. Recently, on June 28th, I had unprotected sex. A week later, I started to spot light pink to brown. It never got heavier, then it just stopped. The days I spotted are marked gray. I guess I’m just confused. Could that be implantation bleeding? Could I have ovulated earlier than usual? My nips and breasts have been extremely sore but that could just be a coincidence. Any advice is appreciated and welcomed thank you so much 💕
