Hi, I’ve been on depo 3years and I’ve been off for a year and a half now. When I was on the depo I barely had periods it was either lightly spotting or nothing at all but when I stopped I started bleeding 2-3 times out the month. I’ve also been having sex this past year and a half unprotected and I haven’t been able to get pregnant. Im not necessarily trying to get pregnant but I wouldn’t be opposed to it. It just hasn’t happen my drs want to give me an iud to help my periods get normal but I honestly don’t want to go on birth control. I feel like birth control is what put me in this situation. I literally tried to be natural and get my body back to the way it’s supposed to be but it’s completely off and I want them to get to the root cause of it. What are your thoughts?
