Need your opinions!! 😥

So last night I took the test, after 5-10mins it showed negative…. I put it in the bin and this morning i somehow decided to check it, this appeared!!! Is it possible for the window to change HOURS later? I’m not sure! Maybe it changed last night but I didn’t check….. I have other symptoms…. But I don’t want to get too excited because it’s not the first time of getting my hopes up 😔
