3 dominate folicles
3rd month on Letrozole after 7 years of trying naturally with no luck. Last.cycle I had 1 dominate folicle measuring 17mm, but nothing came of it. This cycle I have 3! They measured 30, 30, and 27mm. Today is cycle day 16 for me and still no positive ovulation test. Drs didnt seem concerned about the size of the folicles but it does slightly freak me out. Any thoughts from anyone? (Please supportive only.....I overthink enough as it is)
