Long story short, I came off the Depo and now have no idea where I am in my cycle. I thought I ovulated two weeks ago but about a week ago I had a "period". Now I am just not sure where we are in everything. The FRER looks both positive and negative to me. 🥴 Should I go that I am out and will be ovulating very soon? Should I keep testing both? Anyone see anything on the FRER?
