So i went in for a follicle check today on CD13 and for the first time since starting medicated cycles I have not one but two mature follicles!!! One on each ovary measuring 20mm!!! Feeling good about this month. This is my 6th cycle with meds and the other times i’ve either had no follicles or they were too small. I’ve been ovulating every month confirmed by progesterone serum blood draws but this month I feel so much more optimistic! My doctor has me taking Letrozle 5.0 mg CD 3,4,8&9 and clomid 50mg CD 5,6&7!

Anyone conceive with a mature follicle on each ovary? Give me all your medicated cycle success stories!!!
