Sleeping late anxiety..πŸ˜”πŸ™πŸ˜•πŸ˜«

So i been sleeping late because i am not working til August 14... i have 2 little toddlers so im fucken tired throughtout the day... but at niggt i wanna be up cuz thats the only alone time i get .: i am a single mother... but i am not getting anxiety attacks and general anxeity cuz im sleeping late.. im not on my sleeping schdeule anymore cuz im not working of course. Should i go back to it? I feel like going to doctors to get on anxiety meds... cuz i been getting attacks and nervous throughtout the night and morning
