So I was going to wait until after my appointment next Monday the 22nd before telling my family that I’m pregnant with my 3rd. Hubby kept telling his side of the family so I just said whatever and texted my parents, my in laws and my grandma. They said congratulations EXCEPT my mom hasn’t said anything. Which is weird. She is very toxic, manipulative and so on . But I don’t get why she hasn’t said anything to me. Idk why I’m even bothered by it. When my oldest was born in 2009, she asked me if I wanted to give my daughter to her and I can just babysit. And told me that my daughter should be the only child I have. Then my son came along in 2016, also said he should be my last. Our third baby was a surprise and unexpected but so happy about it.

My parents and I don’t get along very well and it’s always tense and awkward when we see each other, but at least acknowledge you have another grandchild on the way. My daughter is my mother’s favorite because she dug her claws into my daughter and turned her against me. even my sister knows that . They have , now a total of 7 grandchildren. But whatever.
