greenish discharge no infection??

I went to my ob this morning assuming I had some sort of bv infection because I felt slightly dry and a tad itchy. I had a tiny (I mean tiny) bit of greenish yellow discharge which was so shocking to me I’ve never had that. I am doing a suppository twice daily of progesterone so it gets pretty ~moist~ down there so I knew there was a higher risk on infection.

But doctor just called and said everything was negative. That shocked me. Has anyone else had any issues with this and it just been normal hormone stuff??
