Any one experienced this???

I’ve been waking up every night from back pain at upper right region aound right shoulder blade. At first it was around 5 am then 430am, after waking the pain takes a while to subside (if it does) or i take acetaminophen.

I usually dont have a problem during the day, just waking up in pain… so far i think i gained around 4kg but not being able to sleep seems to have also triggered pregnancy rashes from my feet spreading to legs, now under arm area….
