I was 5 weeks 3 days when i started miscarriaging on july 5th. 2 days ago i stopped bleeding. I woke this morning with lots of fresh blood and some clotting with cramping. The er doctor gave 2 weeks to clear amd stop bleeding. So by this friday i should be officially over it. Would you be concerned if you thought the bleeding was gone and you started up heavy with clotting and cramping? My levels were 32 saturday the 6th and 23 monday the 8th. I was supposed to get labs done but it didnt work out so idk if it zerod out. I talked to my obgyn and because the bleeding had appeared gone(blood was brown brownish red then tapered to brown spotting before it ended for 2 days before ending) and he said since i had stopped bleeding now i didnt need to do hcg. Is it normal to bleedin 2 days after it ended? He didnt mention that this could happen. Im at a loss. What would you do?
