NHS IVF ADVICE

Hi all,

So I’m waiting on IVF through the NHS. I had my first consultation over the phone and was meant to have my second consultation 2 months later.

In those 2 months I went for all the necessary blood tests and my partner done his sperm test.

2 months went by and I heard nothing so I rang up and was told I “slipped through the system”.

They then told me I would get a letter with a date for my second consultation, I received the letter and have been booked in for another telephone appointment? I thought the second appointment was meant to be in person? I feel like I’m getting nowhere!!

Can anyone tell me the process of NHS IVF referrals because it’s stressing me out now!
