Period or pregnant

Period was supposed to come yesterday. I’ve been having cramps for a week and really bad breast pain & yesterday & today I have had really bad cramps. I tested and it was negative. No faint line at all. Could I still be pregnant? I feel like my basal body temps are all over the place & I truly don’t know when I even ovulated.
