Anyone have really bad headaches?

I’m almost 33 weeks and headaches are full on right now. My blood pressure was normal at my last appointment. I’m taking Tylenol but it doesn’t help much. Anyone have other remedies?

I’m 33 weeks & I’ve been struggling with them as well as dizziness. But my BP has been slightly high 🫤 I think the heat may have something to do with it. I’ve just been making sure I’m drinking plenty of water, getting rest when I can &  taking Tylenol if it gets bad enough.

Same 33 weeks today and iv been having daily headaches for about a month I live on Tylenol right now it’s awful, I have high blood pressure but it’s all been super normal or low so I suppose just hormones causing it.

Anyone have really bad headaches?
