I had sex yesterday July 16 and we were using a condom but wanted to try for the first time without it so he cleaned himself and then Inserted it very quick like only one stroke and only one time for less than 3 seconds. Right after he took it out he was dry, but I touched his tip to make sure and had like a transparent clear watery fluid. Anyways I am thinking of getting a plan B for the first just to be safe and sure. I am supposed to start ovulating between finishing this week or the next one since I finished my period like 3 or 4 days ago. I want to know if I take a plan b today would their still be risk or be effective?! Please be nice while answering, and thanks in advanced for all the helpful information.
