Straw sippy cup recommendations

My 13 month old is finally off the bottle and we’ve been using straw sippy cups for a long time now for water, but he seems to be picky about what type of he’s using for milk. I bought this popular glass cup with a silicone straw off of Amazon and he doesn’t like it because the flow is too much. I have cups with a weighted straw, but then he’s working really hard to get the milk. Does a happy medium even exist between the two? What do your toddlers like? Thanks!
