I've been checking BBT for several months now and have never been able to see a clear pattern...possibly because I'm not ovulating. I try my best to check it at around the same time everyday. The problem is I have a new schedule where I will be working both days and nights. Any suggestions as to how I can check my temp and still have good accuracy? Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
