Nervous😔Wreck

My last Menstrual was 6/10 I found out I was pregnant on 7/10 …. I went to the Er the same day because I have a lot of fibroids that cause me some pain “I was supposed to get them removed today but I had to cancel that surgery”… any way on 7/10 my HCG was 249 doctor advised I come back in 48hrs to check if HCG is rising I went back 7/13 it was 738 again on 7/17 and it’s 4,015 however the ultrasound results were NO INTRAUTERINE OR EXTRAUTERINE GESTATION IS IDENTIFIED IN THE SETTING OF A QUANTITATIVE BETA-HCG LEVEL OF 4015. They want me to comeback 48hrs again I’m so scared because I had a miscarriage last year Oct I really want this baby anyone else going through this?
