So I moved into my apartment 7 months ago. My neighbor is a weirdo who lives w his gf and is always yelling at her they are always arguing and I just mind my own business. He smokes weed in his garage his garage is next to mine so when I do laundry I smell the weed & I’m pregnant and have a 5 year old. I haven’t complained at all. I ended up adding a privacy fence in our backyard bc it’s a see through gate and I want privacy in my own backyard. He has been here longer than us and he started putting some up to “ finish the job” bc I still had to get more of the gate. Seems like he got butthurt. I noticed every time I let my dogs out he lets his out. & he always has this crack head friend coming over who looks through our cars and I’m not going to say anything to him bc I don’t need to start problems. Well I added a camera in my backyard away from his slide door not facing his apartment at all the camera is facing the alley and is far away from him as possible. Well this guy must have got mad that I added a camera in my backyard. ( he has a camera in front of his garage to watch his car which is fine) well I noticed he put a camera up in the middle of our hall way! Not in front of his door not in his living room window but outside the apartment in the middle of our windows now I have my camera facing my front door but his camera I feel like shouldn’t be like that! I was doing laundry late at night and noticed it rotating as if he was watching me!! I feel really uncomfortable bc this guy is a druggie & has tweaked friends who come over and they look through our car windows. I never thought to add a camera near our garage the way he does but I should. Should I just call the manager and tell them about the camera and say it’s concerning to me. ?? I can see if he had it in his living room window. But this is really weird. I don’t want to start problems at all but I’m freaked out. ( his camera is on top of the fire thing)

Edit / I don’t even feel safe talking to this guy! He’s abusive to his gf and yells at her everyday and bangs on sliding door when she kicks him out sometimes

Edit / this loser has been doing more and more petty things! I called manager and they said only 1 tenant is supposed to to be living in that apartment and it’s supposed to be the female so he isn’t supposed to even be living with her bc he’s not on lease!!!
