We have been using sunglasses from Polaroid, Reima, and Shadez - all have sunglasses with a good fit fit for kids. Also heard good things about the sunglasses from Mokki.

Walmart has a toddler section. The dollar tree has toddler sunglasses. 
We do polarized for winter time for the snow or if we go on the water or long outdoor events. 
We get cheap uv protection ones for day to day. 
My kids are obsessed with wearing their sunglasses. We started at 6m. They are now almost 2 and almost 3.
