Did anyone else feel this?

I’m 8dpo to last night went to dinner with friends and my back was sore the whole time/couldn’t get comfortable.

After the dinner and felt really sick so went to bed. Woke up around midnight to sharp pains in my tummy and the feeling like I was going to vomit. Was on and off the toilet all night. Nauseous but didn’t let myself vomit as it’s one of my fears haha.

This morning I feel slightly better, no more going to the toilet. My back is sore, light cramping a headache and feeling nauseous.

Asked my gfs and none of them are sick despite 2 having exactly what I had….. wondering if this could be a sign
