Help losing weight

Hi everyone! I need some tips on how to loose weight. I am 5'1" and I am currently the heaviest I have ever been. Right now I am 148 lbs and I really want to loose around 20-30 pounds. I am aware that it will take time and I am okay with that. I don't expect to slim down in a week or two. I am a healthy eater and I don't eat very large portions, just enough so I am not hungry. I try to exercise but between work and school it's hard for me to workout more than 3 days a week. 
Lately I just haven't been feeling myself and every time I look in the mirror I feel disappointed with myself. 
If anyone has any good workout tips that are easy to stick too or diet ideas that can make me feel better about my body please help me out!
