Nausea on period?
Lately my periods have been really bad. super heavy and never ending cramps. otc pain killers work for me but lately after the cramps end i’ve been getting nauseous. i just threw up and my whole body hurts. i’m shaking and i feel helpless. i do have a few big things coming up so i can’t tell if the nausea is my anxiety or my period?
