Does fibroids small or big cause rapid weight gain? I have had huge Fibroids before that were the size of a bag of oranges that my doctor removed back in 2016.

I was just thinking about if fibroids in general cause rapid weight gain? I do have PCOS and know that causes weight gain, but I find it hard to lose weight whether I eat healthy or not.

Am I supposed to be on metformin for my PCOS or anything other than Metformin to help with PCOS? What about vitamins for PCOS? Am I supposed to be on a certain vitamin for PCOS?

I know these questions are for my doctor but I want your opinions too.
