Prolonged periods

I’m going to the dr again tomorrow but does anyone have any ideas as to what causes this. I’ve never been diagnosed with anything. I took Lysteda for five days in the middle of this and after just passed huge clots. I’m not on birth control either. Never have been. All the labs that were drawn were normal. I am seriously just out of ideas.
