Help! Weightless advice.
Hi
I am a 21 yld female in university and currently working so I don’t have much time except 3 days in the morning to gym and I eat hellofresh for lunch and dinners pre-made during the week, with a coffee for breakfast usually. When I’m at work I drink 1.5L of water but uni days I always forget!
I have an implanon as contraceptive and am on antidepressants for my anxiety.
I get plenty of sleep and am currently not stressed, I have a great relationship, with a good work and social life balance.
I can not for the life of me lose weight, I am sick and tired of trying and trying to lose weight but only ever being able to lose 1 kilo or gain instead.
Please help me, I don’t know what to do anymore.
Any advice is welcome, thank you!
