So I am currently on birth control that my dr put me on to regulate my periods since I was young but have missed I think it was 2 pills the day they were supposed to be taken but the next day I just took the pills I missed and have kept taking them to keep up with the rest of the pack but I took a test and I see a faint line and I’m not sure if it’s negative or positive or if it’s possible that I can get pregnant missing a pill

I also forgot to mention my dr said I have low hemoglobin and leukocytes so I’m not sure if that can affect it
