Is this lower back pain normal in pregnancy?

I’m 17 weeks with my 3rd baby, my lower back has been hurting a lot the past few weeks particularly my tailbone. Today it’s been horrible, it feels like a pinched nerve or something. About 10 mins ago I stood up off the couch and bent down to pick something up and literally screamed from the shooting pain I had in my tailbone. It felt like sharp lightning stuck me in the tailbone and I froze. I then tried to walk to the kitchen and it hurts to walk every time I take a stride or lift my legs to take a step it hurts horribly in my tailbone. I just laid down on my back on the couch. My toes on my left foot are tingling like needle sensation and I’m having muscle spasms in my left butt cheek/left thigh that won’t stop. Is this normal ? I have never experienced this with any of my babies but this HURTS 😅 as long as I lay still it kinda stops but as soon as I move around it starts hurting again
