Period isn’t due for 3 days!

I woke up super sick this morning throwing up and running back and forth to the rest room along with hot flashes. Yesterday I had spotting when I wiped only and then nothing. Today I had some light spotting when I whipped and all of this with no cramping. My boobs have been hurting and sensitive as well. Not sure if this is the start of a period or implantation. Help.
