My doctor has recommended a bubble test?
My husband and I have been trying to conceive our second child since July 2023. We have a daughter that will be 2 at the end of July. So we have been trying consistently for over a year, this month is cycle 13, but we have not used protections since 4 months postpartum and I stopped breast feeding at 6 months postpartum (I had such a large supply that I was able to still feed my daughter breast milk until a year even stopping at 6 months). My doctor wants to perform a bubble test to check my tubes. I have looked this test up but I’m not quite sure if I’m looking at the correct test since I’m finding that the “bubble test” isn’t the real medical term for this test. Have you ever had one? Was it painful? He told me that he will be filling my uterus with bubbles to watch them go through my fallopian tubes to see if they are blocked or not. I’m nervous about this test since I can’t really find the correct name for it to understand more about it. Any advice or experience is welcome. Thank you ladies :)
