Ovulation confirmed, but bleeding for 22 days?

Hey yall.

I’m a mom to 5, and I’m 25. I had twins in 2018, and a daughter in 2019, 2020, and 2022. Zero issues in getting pregnant (thankfully all within 3 months-6 months).

Now that I’m not pregnant back to back anymore, I’m now enduring the effect of what would have been.

I went for an ultrasound on 7/22, was told I had confirmed ovulation, corpus luteum was seen, great. However, both ovaries are growing follicles, some are maturing based off size.

Okay.. But I’ve been bleeding since July 3rd, started my period June 16th (bleeding started around ovulation, it’s brown).

So we have confirmed ovulation, and immature/maturing follicles. I asked about egg retrieval to bring the follicles down, but doctor said it’ll only enforce my body to create more.

What can I do?
