Severe back ache and painful cramps

This is my second cycle of clomid, and my first cycle with progesterone (after 5 chemical pregnanies) I expected the ovulation to be painful but I'm 12dpo now and the pain is always there. My lower back is in agony, I'm super bloated, irritable, have got painful cramps. Stark white BFNs. I know progesterone gives pregnancy-like symptoms, but whoosh, I'm in a lot of discomfort and pain. Is that normal? I feel really confused and worried
